Twigs Paper are a sustainable small business that offers artistic stationery and greeting cards, made out of 100% post-consumer waste. Their goal is to inspire and delight their customers and their loved ones with a high-end product & unique design.
Eric & David reached out to us, to help them with the re-design of their e-commerce website and come up with strategies to increase their audience and website conversion. After the initial brand strategy we gathered many insights about their business that allowed us to create a website that reflects their values.
One of the goals was to create a website that wouldn't need to be redesigned for a long time, could be updated easily, and would offer customers a welcoming first impression and an enjoyable shopping experience. All mockups were created from scratch to instantly give the impression to users about the high-quality of the products. The product page was carefully designed to give customers all necessary information about the product, the social proof they need and an easy way to purchase the products of choice. It all resulted with doubling the web sales after six months of launch.
The new and completely re-designed Ecommerce website is a solution made in Webflow. An integral part was to implement a filter functionality that would allow users to easily search through the products based on their necessity. Anothe important part was the Wholesale Portal. Eric & David want to start offering their products to stockists in the US, so through integration we built a portal that only wholesalers can access and buy from.
We managed to increase the organic traffic (it went from 40 to 1800 organic visits in less than 6 months) by adding a blog to their website and targeting important keywords to rank for.
After launching the website has been featured on major Design Platforms. It hasreceived an Honorable Mention Award on Awwwards and Site of the Day Award on Opatreon.
